Why did DIMP make this change?

DIMP is in the process of digitalization. Dimp wants to make the processes simple and easy for the client and for the DIMP department itself. All the submitted forms will be processed directly by the DIMP system. There will be no manual input of these forms anymore in the system. This will help the department in processing the client information on a timely basis.
